Dr. Ashley Dimeola

Our Physician

Dr. DiMeola attended Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she graduated as a Doctor of Osteopathy. Dr. DiMeola started her medical career in the Navy. While with the Navy she worked as a senior flight surgeon and occupational medicine director for a large military training facility. Prior to joining Occupational Health Partners Dr. DiMeola worked as a medical director for a large occupational health clinic in Texas. She is DOT certified and well versed in treating a variety of work related injuries to include repetitive motion injuries, lacerations, as well as fracture management. Dr. DiMeola is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certified, and is a DOT Certified Medical Examiner.

Kell T. Giffin, MPAS, PA-C

Our Physician Assistant

Kell attended University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Education and the University of Nebraska where he received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He is also currently working on his Master of Science in Public Health from George Washington University. Kell started his medical career in the US Army as a Physician Assistant where he served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to starting at Occupational Health Partners, Kell worked at the Occupational Health clinic at Rutland Regional Medical Center and in the Emergency Room at Springfield Hospital. Kell is well versed in musculoskeletal injuries, laceration repair and fracture management. Kell is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and as a DOT Certified Medical Examiner.

Shari Langlois, RN

Our Registered Nurse

Shari Langlois, RN attended the University of Vermont where she earned her BS in Nursing as a second degree to her BS in Biology from Trinity College of Vermont.  Bringing 25 years of experience as an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist from both general industry & the construction industry, Shari specializes in injury prevention & injury management program design with a systems approach that encompasses as much attention to OSHA compliance as to ensuring best possible outcomes for individuals with work-related injuries & illnesses.  As the Director of Industrial Health & Wellness, Shari’s passion for supporting positive, healthy lifestyles through comprehensive, effective workplace safety & health program management inevitably is reflected in the values of the individual lives and workplace cultures that are open to optimizing the process of living & working fully.


Collin Fingon is the CFO of OHP. He owns a financial services firm established in 2003. His goals and focus with OHP are to help develop business awareness around workers’ compensation financial strategies. He works directly with our business partners to help them control their costs and understand their total workers’ compensation programs.

Collin is very active in the community and sits on many boards including being the President of the Rutland County Boys and Girls Club, the campaign chair of the Rutland County United Way, a member of the Rutland Regional Medical Center development team. He enjoys all of what Vermont living has to offer. When not in the office or on the road seeing clients, you can catch him running, hiking, golfing, biking or skiing in the beautiful Green Mountains. He was recently married on the top of Jay Peak the summer of 2013 to his wonderful bride Jacqueline and they are enjoying their new born son Asa!

Our Clinic Coordinator

Caitlin attended Tulane University where she graduated with a Master of Science in Public Health. She received her LNA certification from Stafford Technical Center and is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS). Caitlin is also certified according to DOT federal regulations as a drug test collector and breath alcohol technician. Prior to joining Occupational Health Partners Caitlin spent 3 years with Rutland Regional Medical Centers Occupational Health department.
